Find and remove counterfeit merchandise on 31 platforms
Brand protection and trademark enforcement built on our own detection system, proven on the hardest category there is, character artwork, and ready for any brand or product. We search 31 platforms, and our review team verifies every listing before we report it.
Why generic tools get it wrong
Designs get redrawn, altered and remixed. Fan-made work sits beside licensed goods. Sellers rename listings to slip past keyword filters. A tool that reads titles misses the fakes, and a tool that matches too loosely takes down your licensees. We built our process so neither happens, whatever you sell.
Detect
Our system scans every site using three methods at once, so nothing slips through a single blind spot.
- Advanced multi-term queries that target specific products and designs
- Broad keyword sweeps that cast a wide net
- Image search that finds your products and designs even when the title never mentions them
Exclusion words, curated word lists and seller lists filter out legitimate merchandise and authorized sellers before anything moves on.
Recognize
Once the data is in our system, our image recognition algorithm, codenamed Bullseye, compares every product image against your logos, designs and artwork.
- Catches listings with evasive titles
- Judges the images, not the text
- Drops items that don't match
Verify
Clean items go to our review team, who manually check each link to confirm it before it's reported.
- Confirmed item by item
- Uncertain items are held
- No bulk or sampled approvals
Accuracy you can see in the numbers
We would rather hold a listing than report the wrong one. Only listings that clear image recognition and a manual review are submitted for removal.
Where we look
Global marketplaces, print-on-demand sites where unlicensed art is most common, and the social platforms where sales happen in posts and messages. New sites are added as we find them.

TikTok Shop, inside the app
Much of TikTok Shop's catalog lives inside the mobile app, out of reach of web-based monitoring. We're the only provider we know of that reliably scans it, with the same three checks as every other platform.
Your authorized sellers stay safe
Send us your official stores, licensees, retail partners and approved creators. They go on an exclusion list before the first scan, so no authorized partner is ever reported.
Reports built around you
See removals by property, platform, product category and estimated value, along with the top offending sellers. We shape the report to the questions your team actually asks.
How a program starts
Here's what happens, and what we need from you.
Tell us what to protect
Your properties, logos, designs and product images, plus your trademark and copyright details. Platforms ask for proof of rights before they act, so we gather it once, up front.
List who's allowed to sell
Official stores, licensees, retail partners and approved creators. They're excluded before the first scan, so they're never reported.
We find, verify and remove
Scanning, recognition and review run continuously. You get regular reports, and anything urgent you forward is usually handled in under two hours.
Common questions
How long does it take to remove a counterfeit listing?
Once a listing is verified, we report it through the platform's own rights-owner channel. Most platforms act on a valid report within a few business days, and some within hours. We follow up on anything that stays up.
Which platforms do you cover?
31 today: 13 marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Temu, AliExpress and Walmart, 10 print-on-demand sites including Redbubble, TeePublic and Zazzle, 6 social and messaging platforms, Shopify stores and Google Shopping. We add sites as we find them. See the platform guides.
Do you cover TikTok Shop?
Yes. Much of TikTok Shop's catalog only exists inside the mobile app, where web-based monitoring can't reach. We're the only provider we know of that reliably scans it. How we handle TikTok Shop.
Will you report my licensees or authorized sellers by mistake?
No. Your authorized sellers go on an exclusion list before the first scan, and every listing is checked by our review team before it's reported. If a reviewer isn't sure, the listing is held, not reported.
What happens with fan art?
Fan art that doesn't match your designs is never reported. That protects your licensees and your standing with the platforms, because a rights owner who files bad reports gets taken less seriously.
Do I need a registered trademark?
For trademark complaints, most platforms ask for a registration number. Copyright complaints about your designs and product images usually don't need one. We'll tell you what each platform requires before we start.
Why not use each platform's own brand protection tools?
Each tool covers one platform, and most still rely on you to find the listings. We search all 31 platforms with image search as well as keywords, so we catch listings that never mention your brand, and we handle the reporting on every platform for you.
What do the reports show?
Removals by property, platform, product category and estimated value, along with the top offending sellers. We shape the report around the questions your team actually asks.
